Ikura salmon caviar
Made from wild chum salmon eggs, ikura salmon caviar is an exceptional delicacy. A word borrowed from Russian "ikra", which refers to an egg, but also to a whole range of fish-egg products, including caviar.

- Its bright orange color.
- It has a firm texture on the surface and explodes in the mouth. Its taste is intense and slightly salty.
- Salmon eggs have much higher Omega-3 fatty acid and protein content than the flesh.
