Pacific halibut is really similar to Atlanic halibut, except for its smaller size. It is still one of the most imposing fish in North Pacific.

- Its translucent white flesh is lean and dense.
- It has flaky flesh that is soft yet firm. Its taste is mild and slightly sweet.
