Frozen Ocean trout
Ocean trout resembles salmon, with no major physical differences, and also has a similar taste. It is however distinguished by a predominantly pink iridescent band. Ocean trout is considered one of the most environmentally-safe fish to farm.

- Its purplish-pink flesh is quite oily.
- It has a fine, flaky, but fairly firm texture. Its taste is delicate and slightly oleaginous.
- Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins B12 and D, as well as in selenium and phosphorus.
