Farmed Atlantic halibut, also known as “white halibut”, grows to maturity in the deep, clear waters of the Norway fjords. It is usually caught at 6 or 7 kg.

- Its translucent white flesh is lean and dense.
- It has flaky flesh that is soft yet firm at the same time. Its taste is mild and slightly sweet.
