Farmed Atlantic halibut, also known as “white halibut”, grows to maturity in the deep, clear waters of the Norway fjords. It is usually caught at 6 or 7 kg.

  1. Its translucent white flesh is lean and dense.
  2. It has flaky flesh that is soft yet firm at the same time. Its taste is mild and slightly sweet.
  3. Rich in vitamins B3, B12, B6 and D, as well as in selenium, phosphorus and magnesium.
