Wild Atlantic halibut
Wild Atlantic halibut can reach up to 3 m and weigh over 300 kg, making it one of the largest groundfish. It is also one of the most prevalent species in the North Atlantic.

- Its translucent white flesh is lean and dense.
- It has flaky flesh that is soft yet firm. Its taste is mild and slightly sweet.
